Who we are
HOUSE OF TROPICANA is a series of events run by PIXELHIVE - UNIPESSOAL LDA, NIPC 519204166, Praça da Corujeira, No. 235, RC Frente, 4300-146 Porto, Portugal ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect and why

We ask for marketing consent separately and never pre-tick it. Buying a ticket does not sign you up to marketing unless you choose to.
Who processes your data for us
- Ticket Tailor (Zimma Ltd, UK): ticketing, House Keys, orders, waitlists, check-in
- Stripe: payments
- Netlify (USA): hosts this website and stores First Access and release requests
- Brevo (France): marketing emails, only if you consented
- Google: our email
- Meta: ad measurement, only if you accept cookies
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on legal safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data.
Secret locations
Event addresses are sent only to ticket holders and valid House Key holders for that House. Please don't share them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Email tropicana.rec@gmail.com and we'll reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
Age
Our events are 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
We'll post any changes on this page and update the date above.
